Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED SESSIONS OR PACKAGES - Once a session or a package has been purchased, it is NON-refundable. - This is standard practice due to the personalized nature of training services. - Any unused sessions within the package validity (e.g., 12 months) can typically be rescheduled, but refunds are generally not provided for unused sessions. REFUNDS FOR UNUSED or UNSTARTED PACKAGES -Refunds are only available if the client has not yet begun the package. -For example, if a client purchased a 6-month package but has not scheduled any sessions, they may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR FINANCING -Since financing plans involve monthly payments, refunds are handled differently. -Refunds for financed packages are subject to this cancellation policy and may involve prorated calculations. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW/CANCELLATIONS FOR SERVICES -(must be within 14 days after purchase for services). -Please note rebook fees, credit/exchange is not applicable for Klarna purchases and refunds are issued with 14 business days.
