-Nutrition Guidance: General advice on protein intake and overall nutrition for muscle gain. 

-Progress Tracking: Regular strength tests to monitor improvements in muscle gain and performance.

-Weekly Check-Ins: Regular progress assessments to adjust the program as necessary.

-Motivational Support: Access to support through text or email between sessions.

-Varied Training Formats:

Group Classes, One on One personal training or Couple sessions. 

**Duration of Sessions: Programs can range from 45 to 60 minutes, with longer sessions usually costing more.
